So far a I have added quite a few actresses to this list who are really quite well known and not far away from being additions to The Answer's Angels list, but the real purpose of this list is to add some actresses who might be starting to make a plunge into film and follow their progress. Emmanuelle Vaugier is probably someone many people don't know and if you did probably wouldn't expect to see on this list. A majority of her career has been made up of guest spots on popular television programs. You might remember her from her rather large part in Season 3 of Smallville. Within the last couple years Vaugier has begun focusing more on feature films and appears to be getting leading roles, albeit these roles usually seem to be for horror films or poor Direct to DVD releases. The horror genre isn't usually known for casting great actresses, and I'm not known for liking horror films, but for some reason Vaugier stands out to me. Sure she is drop dead gorgeous but shes also got some pretty good acting chops, especially when it comes to emotional roles. Keep an eye out for this one, and throughout the year I'll be posting some reviews of her past films.
